IbadShafi stores all your personal data (duas, journal entries, settings, prayer preferences, activity history) locally on your device only. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions via your Apple ID. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): When you use AI features, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Messages are not linked to your identity and are handled according to Anthropic's data retention policy. See anthropic.com/privacy.
• Quran.com API & EveryAyah.com: Fetches Quran text, translations, and audio. No personal data is sent.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We do NOT use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

5. Location Data

GPS coordinates are used solely to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction, stored locally and never transmitted externally.

6. Children's Privacy

IbadShafi does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Since all data is on your device, you control it completely. Use Reset App in Settings or uninstall to delete all data.

2. App Purpose

IbadShafi is designed for personal Islamic worship and spiritual wellness. All content is sourced from the Quran and authentic Sunnah references.

This app is NOT a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship, medical advice, or psychological counseling. For personal fatwa or religious rulings, always consult a qualified Islamic scholar.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans: Monthly ($2.99/month) and Yearly ($17.99/year)
• Free Trial: 7-day free trial included with all Pro plans
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Management: Manage or cancel in your device Settings > Subscriptions
• Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods

4. AI Features

AI responses (Islamic Scholar, Healing Coach, Tawbah Friend) are for educational and reflective purposes only. They are not authoritative Islamic rulings and should not be treated as fatwa.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and branding are owned by IbadShafi. Quran text and audio recordings remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

6. Limitation of Liability

IbadShafi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
